Senior Associate – Market & Customer Intelligence role focused on the UAE real estate sector, especially Abu Dhabi.
Uses market, customer, competitor, and portfolio analysis to inform business decisions, strategic planning, product positioning, and market opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Analyze market, customer, competitor, and portfolio data.
- Conduct competitor research and analyze sales velocity, sales volume, and market trends.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations for senior leadership.
- Support business planning with market intelligence and actionable insights.
Requirements
- Experience in real estate market research, intelligence, or analytics.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market.
- Expertise in competitor research, sales velocity, volume, and market trend analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting market and sales performance data.
- Expertise in dashboards, reports, and presentations for senior leadership.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI, Tableau, Quanta, or similar analytics platforms.
