Senior Manager – Projects Delivery

• Manage a portfolio of complex projects from end to end.
• Coordinate design teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to meet schedule, budget, quality, and safety standards.
• Oversee project governance, value engineering, cost and schedule control, risk management, quality assurance, and asset handover.

Associate Director – Projects Delivery

• Manage allocated projects and delivery teams and develop project-delivery strategies.
• Oversee consultants and contractors, procurement, commercial coordination, and overall project performance.
• Lead risk mitigation and change control, manage claims, and oversee quality and technical performance.
• Coordinate stakeholders and ensure successful project completion and handover.

Candidate profile

• Extensive UAE experience delivering large-scale real estate, infrastructure, mixed-use, or master development projects.
• Strong record managing complex projects from design development through construction and handover.
• Expertise in programme management, budgeting, procurement, commercial management, risk mitigation, and quality assurance.
• Experience managing consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder-management, communication, and decision-making skills.

Compensation

• The posting states AED 40,000–59,000 plus bonus annually.
