Role Overview
As a Mandarin‑speaking Real Estate Consultant, you will assist Chinese‑speaking clients with buying, selling, and investing in Abu Dhabi properties. You’ll provide market insights, conduct property presentations, and guide clients through the full sales process while representing the company with professionalism and cultural understanding.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Mandarin‑speaking clients with property inquiries, viewings, and investment consultations.
- Build and manage a portfolio of buyers, sellers, and investors.
- Present off‑plan and ready properties from leading Abu Dhabi developers.
- Conduct market research and provide clients with accurate insights on pricing, ROI, and community trends.
- Negotiate offers and close deals efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain CRM records and follow company sales processes.
- Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with integrity and exceptional service.
Requirements
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
- Experience in real estate sales is preferred; motivated newcomers are welcome.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- High level of motivation, discipline, and goal orientation.
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car.
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage.
