- Source and manage new sales opportunities
- Conduct property consultations and presentations
- Recommend suitable investment options based on client objectives
- Build and maintain a strong client database
- Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans
- Maintain professional relationships with clients
- Track market trends and competitor activities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Deliver outstanding customer service
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of real estate experience (Mandatory)
- Off-plan experience (Preferred)
- Ready to relocate to Dubai (if applicable)
