What the role involves
- Match buyers, tenants, sellers, and landlords with suitable properties.
- Win new instructions, support listings with marketing, and conduct valuations and viewings.
- Negotiate transactions from first viewing through final offer.
- Work qualified in-house tele-sales leads; the posting says there is no cold calling.
- Follow up with clients after viewings and generate business through the database and networking.
- Track Dubai market trends and RERA regulations.
- Coordinate with banks, mortgage consultants, surveyors, and internal transaction teams to complete deals.
Candidate requirements
- Spoken and written English proficiency.
- Valid UAE driving licence.
- Sales experience is welcome, but candidates without experience are also considered.
- Professional, punctual, positive, hard-working, and team-oriented approach.
- Business-appropriate dress and motivation to grow.
