Role Overview

Job Details

• The role is full-time and on-site in Dubai, UAE.
• The stated commission structure is 55% to 70%.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new property business and convert qualified leads.
• Build client relationships, conduct property viewings, and advise clients on the Dubai property market.
• Negotiate and close sales and leasing transactions.
• Manage a personal pipeline and database and follow up with prospects and existing clients.
• Develop a personal brand and professional network.
• Work toward individual billing and performance targets.

What the Company Is Looking For

• At least six months of sales experience is required.
• Previous Dubai real estate experience is preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, English communication, and professional presentation are required.
• Candidates should be commercially driven, resilient, consistent, and comfortable with rejection.
• Candidates must be confident working in a commission-only environment.
• Self-motivation and discipline to manage an independent pipeline are required.
