ERE Homes seeks a hands-on performance marketer to manage paid advertising, generate qualified leads and deliver measurable results.
The marketer will plan and optimize campaigns using data and creative testing to improve performance, lead quality and conversion rates.

Responsibilities
- Plan, launch and manage paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Generate qualified leads and optimize against performance targets.
- Manage advertising budgets and monitor spend, cost per lead and conversion rates.
- Run creative tests and continuously optimize performance.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking, reporting and campaign analytics.
- Analyze lead quality and improve links between marketing outcomes and sales results.
- Report results, identify opportunities and implement data-driven changes.
Requirements
- Requires proven, hands-on performance marketing experience and strong practical experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Requires campaign optimization, budget management, creative testing and conversion tracking skills.
- Requires a data-driven approach and ability to explain decisions and measurable results.
- Real estate lead generation experience is strongly preferred.
- Dubai-based candidates who can start immediately are preferred.
