Job Description
CodeHive Development Qatar is seeking a knowledgeable and driven professional in **Real Estate / Construction / Property** to join our dynamic team.
This role plays a crucial part in managing our property and construction projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.
Qualifications
- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate, property management, or construction.
- **Skills:**
- Strong understanding of real estate markets, property development, and construction processes.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee property acquisition, development, and leasing processes.
- Coordinate with project managers and contractors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in real estate.
- Prepare reports on property performance and financial analysis.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders.
