About This Role
Overview
Retaj Real Estate is expanding, and we are looking for experienced, motivated, and results-oriented Real Estate Agents to join our growing team in Qatar.
As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties while providing professional guidance throughout the entire process.
The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets and build long-term client relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate or a related industry
- Proven track record of successful sales, leasing, or client acquisition
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the Qatar real estate market is an advantage
- Professional appearance and strong customer service skills
- Valid Qatar Driving License is preferred
