About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of a rapidly growing real estate brokerage in Dubai that is expanding both locally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage your own pipeline of buyers, sellers, investors, and developers.
  • Generate and close secondary market and off-plan transactions.
  • Develop long-term client relationships and provide expert market guidance.
  • Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and transaction management.
  • Leverage company marketing, brand presence, and industry relationships to accelerate deal flow.
  • Collaborate with leadership and fellow brokers to maximize opportunities.
  • Attend the weekly leadership meeting held every Monday at 10:00 AM.

Your Profile

  • Previous experience as a real estate broker in Dubai, either in secondary sales, off-plan sales, or both.
  • Strong network and business development capabilities.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close transactions.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • RERA certification is advantageous.

Ideal Candidate

Commission Structure

  • First AED equivalent of $1M gross commission: 50/50 split.
  • Second AED equivalent of $1M gross commission: 60/40 split.
  • Beyond $2M gross commission: 70/30 split.
  • The model is designed to reward high performers with increasingly favorable commission splits as production grows.
