10X Digital is recruiting on behalf of its sister company, Brick Hub Properties, a growing Dubai real estate brokerage.
We are looking for motivated and experienced Property Consultants who are passionate about sales and building long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities
- Generate and manage buyer and seller leads.
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Advise clients on buying, selling, and investing in Dubai real estate.
- Negotiate offers and close property transactions.
- Stay updated on market trends and new project launches.
- Maintain accurate records in the company's CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Minimum **1 year of Dubai real estate sales experience**.
- Valid UAE Driving License and own vehicle preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- RERA certification is an advantage.
- Fluency in English. Additional languages are a plus.
