Overview

10X Digital is a Dubai-based digital marketing agency looking for a Performance Media Specialist with hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Snapchat Ads campaigns for UAE clients.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of performance marketing experience
  • Agency experience preferred
  • Experience managing UAE/GCC clients
  • Strong knowledge of:

• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

  • Snapchat Ads
  • GA4
  • GTM

• Conversion Tracking & Pixel Setup

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Good English communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize Google, Meta, and Snapchat campaigns
  • Monitor CPL, CPA, ROAS, and lead quality
  • Set up and manage tracking, pixels, and conversions
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Work closely with Account Managers, Designers, and Content Team
