We are seeking driven and knowledgeable **Real Estate Brokers – Off‑Plan Sales** to represent upcoming launches, guide investors, and close high‑value deals in Abu Dhabi’s rapidly expanding off‑plan market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote off‑plan projects from leading Abu Dhabi developers
  • Conduct investment consultations, project presentations, and virtual tours
  • Build and manage a portfolio of investors, buyers, and referral partners
  • Provide expert guidance on payment plans, ROI, capital appreciation, and market trends
  • Stay updated on new project launches, developer incentives, and market shifts
  • Negotiate offers and close off‑plan transactions with accuracy and professionalism
  • Maintain CRM records and follow company sales processes
  • Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with strong product knowledge and professionalism

Requirements

  • Experience in real estate sales, **especially off‑plan**, is highly preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build trust with investors and high‑net‑worth clients
  • High level of motivation, discipline, and target‑driven mindset
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, French, Spanish, Turkish, etc.) are an advantage
  • Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi’s off‑plan market is a plus
