Key Responsibilities

1.

Identify, qualify, and convert property leads to achieve individual and company sales targets

2.

Conduct professional property viewings and presentations for clients

3.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with Chinese-speaking investors and end users

4.

Advise clients on buying, selling, and investment opportunities, including ROI analysis

5.

Stay updated on Abu Dhabi real estate market trends, pricing, and new developments

6.

Collaborate with internal teams (listing, leasing, conveyancing, mortgage, compliance) to close deals efficiently

Qualifications

1.

Proven experience in sales (UAE experience is a strong advantage)

2. **Fluency in Mandarin Chinese.**

3.

Good command of English (spoken and written)

4.

Strong communication, negotiation, and client-management skills

5.

Knowledge of UAE property laws and real estate processes is preferred

6.

UAE driving license is an advantage
