We are seeking a driven and investment‑minded **Real Estate Sales / Investment Specialist** to support clients in identifying high‑value opportunities, maximizing returns, and navigating Abu Dhabi’s dynamic property market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on property purchases, investment strategies, and portfolio growth
  • Conduct property viewings, tailored presentations, and investment consultations
  • Promote off‑plan and ready properties from top Abu Dhabi developers
  • Build and manage a portfolio of buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
  • Analyze ROI, rental yields, capital appreciation, and payment plans
  • Negotiate offers and close transactions with accuracy and professionalism
  • Maintain CRM records and follow company sales processes
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the brand with professionalism

Requirements

  • Experience in real estate sales, investment advisory, or client‑facing roles is preferred
  • Strong understanding of property investment fundamentals (ROI, yields, market cycles)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated, disciplined, and target‑driven
  • Ability to build trust with investors and long‑term clients
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Chinese, Russian, French, Spanish, etc.) are an advantage
  • Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is preferred
