We’re Building Our Secondary Market Team | Real Estate Agents Wanted | Dubai
If you’re looking to build real income in Dubai real estate and not just “have a job,” this is for you.
We are a fast-growing real estate company in Dubai expanding our Secondary Market team and looking for motivated, ambitious individuals who want to grow fast, earn well, and build a long-term career with us.

What You Get
- Strong commission structure: 50% to 70%
- AED 2,000 monthly support for the first 3 months for new agents
- Full marketing support (photography, videography, property portals)

- SIM card & Laptop provided
- Real opportunity to grow in a fast-scaling brokerage
- This is for you if:
- You are ambitious and want to grow your income through real estate
- You may or may not have real estate experience (sales background is welcome)
- You are hungry, motivated, and target-driven
- You can communicate and negotiate confidently
- You are willing to learn and improve quickly
- Knowledge of Dubai communities is a plus
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
- RERA certification is an advantage
