We are hiring a
Senior Accountant
for the 4Front Group of Companies to own the books for our most complex entities and manage group-level cash flow, budgeting, and reporting.
This is a hands-on role, you will be doing the accounting, not managing a team.
What You’ll Do
- Day-to-day accounting of our SCA Category 5 regulated entity – books, VAT, CT, audit.
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
- Oversee financial reporting with full compliance to IFRS, UAE Corporate Tax laws, and VAT regulations
- Monitor cash flow, capital allocation, and liquidity to optimise working capital
- Establish and maintain effective internal control systems to safeguard company assets
- Ensure timely consolidation of group accounts and preparation of reports
- Manage relationships with auditors, banks, regulators, and key external stakeholders
- Drive automation and digitalisation of financial systems for efficiency and accuracy
- Oversee tax planning, compliance, and efficient structuring of group entities
What You Bring
- Prior experience at an SCA Category 5 licensed firm (preferred)
- QuickBooks Online — daily working proficiency, multi-entity
- UAE VAT — hands-on filing across multiple registrations
- UAE Corporate Tax — at least one full preparation cycle
- 5+ years experience, group or holding company background a plus.
- Good to Have:
- Real estate or property developer accounting
- Zoho Books / Zoho CRM familiarity
- ACCA, CA, or CPA qualification
- Network with banks, auditors, and regulators in the UAE
