- We are looking for a skilled IT Support & Web Developer to join our team in Dubai.
- The successful candidate will ensure the smooth running of our IT systems and support the development and maintenance of our digital platforms.
- 🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Provide IT support for desktops, laptops, mobiles, printers, and VoIP systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues, perform upgrades, and manage IT security.
- Configure new users, email accounts, and access permissions.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, backups, and network infrastructure (routers, firewalls, cloud services).
- Develop and maintain company websites and internal portals.
- Implement web-based tools and integrate CRM and automation systems.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams on digital initiatives.
- Document IT processes and create user guides.
🔹 Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of combined experience in IT support and web development.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (WordPress or similar).
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, office network management, and cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with VoIP systems, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365.
- Excellent troubleshooting, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
