Your Role

  • As a **Real Estate Agent / Property Consultant**, you will:
  • Build and manage a strong portfolio of buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
  • Generate new business through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
  • Conduct professional property viewings and investment consultations.
  • Advise clients on Dubai's off-plan, secondary, and luxury real estate markets.
  • Negotiate and close high-value sales and leasing transactions.
  • Develop lasting client relationships through exceptional customer service.
  • Stay informed on market trends, pricing, and new project launches.
  • Collaborate with developers, property owners, and internal teams to deliver outstanding results.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.

What We'Re Looking For

  • Previous experience in **Dubai real estate** or a strong background in sales.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and close deals.
  • Professional, confident, and customer-focused.
  • RERA certification is an advantage.
  • UAE driving licence and own vehicle are preferred.
  • Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • **Mandarin-speaking candidates are highly preferred** due to our expanding international client base.
