**Signature Reality Homes Real Estate LLC** is hiring experienced **Real Estate Agents**, **Property Consultants**, **Property Advisors**, and **Real Estate Brokers** to join our growing team in **Business Bay, Dubai**.

We are looking for ambitious sales professionals who want to build a successful career in **Dubai Real Estate**, work with **luxury properties**, **off-plan developments**, and the **secondary property market**, while earning industry-leading commissions.

Key Responsibilities

  • As a **Real Estate Agent / Property Consultant**, you will:
  • Generate and qualify buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
  • Build long-term relationships with local and international clients.
  • Conduct property viewings and investment consultations.
  • Advise clients on luxury residential properties, off-plan projects, and secondary market opportunities.
  • Manage sales and leasing transactions from enquiry to closing.
  • Negotiate offers and achieve successful deal closures.
  • Maintain relationships with developers, property owners, and investors.
  • Keep up to date with Dubai real estate market trends and new project launches.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the buying and selling process.
  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

  • We're looking for professionals who have:
  • Experience as a **Real Estate Agent**, **Property Consultant**, **Property Advisor**, **Sales Consultant**, or **Real Estate Broker**.
  • Previous Dubai real estate experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Professional presentation and customer-focused attitude.
  • RERA certification is an advantage.
  • UAE driving licence and own vehicle are preferred.
  • Mandarin-speaking candidates are highly encouraged to apply due to our expanding international client base.
