About The Role

As a **Real Estate Agent**, you'll play a key role in helping clients buy, sell, lease, and invest in Dubai's most prestigious communities.

You'll work alongside a high-performing team while building your own personal brand and client portfolio.

Your Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
  • Conduct property consultations and accompany clients on viewings.
  • Match clients with properties that meet their lifestyle and investment goals.
  • Advise clients on market trends, pricing, ROI, rental yields, and investment opportunities.
  • Market and promote exclusive property listings across digital platforms.
  • Negotiate offers and manage transactions from initial inquiry through to closing.
  • Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM system.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after every transaction.

What We'Re Looking Forrequired Qualifications

  • Previous experience in **Dubai Real Estate** is highly preferred.
  • Proven success in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong closing ability and commercial awareness.
  • Self-driven, ambitious, and results-oriented.
  • Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • RERA certification is an advantage.
  • UAE Driving Licence and own vehicle are preferred.
