Realty Solutions Real Estate is growing, and we’re seeking motivated, results-driven Real Estate Consultants to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site role for ambitious professionals eager to excel in the city’s fast-paced property market. You’ll play a vital part in helping clients buy, sell, and lease properties while building your expertise in Dubai real estate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve & Exceed Targets: Drive property sales and leasing in Dubai’s secondary market while consistently meeting performance goals.
- Client-Centric Approach: Build long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors through trust, integrity, and outstanding service.
- Market Knowledge: Stay updated on property trends, pricing, and UAE real estate regulations to guide clients confidently.
- Collaborative Spirit: Contribute to a supportive team culture by sharing insights and assisting colleagues when needed.
- Lead Ownership: Manage leads effectively, follow up proactively, and close transactions that strengthen your portfolio.
