About The Role
We are urgently hiring motivated and ambitious Real Estate Agents (Male & Female) to join our growing team in Dubai.
This is an excellent opportunity for sales-driven individuals looking to build a successful career in Dubai's thriving real estate market with unlimited earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Conduct property viewings and attend client meetings
- Advise clients on buying, selling, and renting properties
- Negotiate and close property deals successfully
- Conduct market research and stay updated on property trends
- Perform field work, property inspections, and market visits
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives
Requirements
- Male & Female candidates are welcome to apply
- Previous real estate sales experience is preferred
- Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate areas, especially DIFC, Jumeirah, Sheikh Zayed Road, and surrounding communities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
- Strong sales and closing abilities
- Existing client database/network will be an advantage
- Must be willing to perform field work and attend property viewings
- Candidates currently based in Dubai and available to join immediately are preferred
