About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the secondary market sales team to meet and exceed targets
• Actively source, list, and close deals in Dubai's secondary market
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of buyers and sellers through networking and referrals
• Monitor market trends and provide strategic guidance to clients and team members
• Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and deal closings with professionalism
• Monitor regular performance of Team reviews of Clients and arrange coaching sessions for team
• Ensure all transactions comply with RERA regulations and company policies
• Build long-term relationships with clients, investors, and industry contacts
• Collaborate with management on sales strategies and marketing campaigns

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in UAE real estate with a strong focus on the secondary market
• Proven track record of successfully closed deals in Dubai's secondary market
• Previous experience in a team leadership or senior sales role
• In-depth knowledge of Dubai's key secondary market communities
• Excellent Communication Skills (English, Other Languages are plus Points)
• Strong understanding of the current market conditions, pricing, and trends
