About This Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join Square Yards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties
• Conduct property viewings and present suitable options based on client needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers
• Stay updated with market trends, property values, and competitive listings
• Negotiate deals and ensure successful closure of transactions
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in CRM systems
• Coordinate with legal and financial teams to ensure smooth processing

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar role (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
• RERA certification (preferred or willingness to obtain)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
