Job Overview
We are looking for ambitious, motivated, and results-driven Real Estate Agents to join our expanding team.
Whether you are experienced or looking to build a successful career in Dubai real estate, BKB Signature Properties provides the tools, training, and support needed to maximize your earning potential.
What We Offer
- Basic Salary: Up to **AED 3,000 per month**
- Attractive up to **70% Commission** Structure
- **2 Days off - Flexible timing (10 am - 6am)**

Responsibilities
- Generate and manage property sales and leasing opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings.
- Stay updated on market trends, developer launches, and investment opportunities.
- Negotiate and close transactions professionally.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow-up activities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
- Previous real estate experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- For **Freshers - Arabic and English** language speakers
- Fluency in English; **Arabic** a plus
