Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and data-driven Media Buyer to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate will have experience generating quality leads, maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS), and scaling successful campaigns within the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
- Generate high-quality real estate leads at optimal acquisition costs.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve results through testing and optimization.
- Analyze campaign metrics, conversion rates, and audience performance.
- Develop retargeting and lead-nurturing strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales and creative teams to maximize lead generation.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Requirements
- **Advanced English** language - **Arabic** is a Plus
- **Minimum 2 years of experience in Dubai Real Estate**
- Proven experience as a Media Buyer or Digital Marketing Specialist.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Experience in lead generation campaigns.
- Analytical mindset with strong reporting skills.
- Understanding of audience targeting, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Real estate marketing experience is a strong advantage.
Working Schedule
- Monday to Friday
