Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our growing team. In this full-time on-site role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to property sales, rentals, and management. You will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service, assisting clients throughout the property process, and driving sales and rentals to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate property sales and rental transactions
- Provide expert advice on the Dubai real estate market to clients
- Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties
- Manage property listings and ensure they are accurate and up to date
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and property owners
- Conduct property viewings and follow-up with clients
- Negotiate terms and agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
- Offer exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Stay informed on market trends and industry developments
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in real estate sales or rentals
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
- Excellent sales skills with the ability to meet targets
- Self-motivated with a passion for helping clients achieve their property goals
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
