About This Role
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and various marketing channels.
- Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and close deals effectively.
- Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Achieve monthly sales targets in alignment with company KPIs.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1–2 years of sales experience (Dubai real estate experience preferred).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
- Knowledge of Dubai property laws and RERA regulations is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
