What You Will Do:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct market research and stay ahead of property trends
- Guide clients with pricing, positioning, and marketing strategies
- Conduct property viewings and manage the full sales process
- Ensure smooth transactions from start to closing
- Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and industry changes
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 year experience in *Dubai real estate*
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
- Professional, disciplined, and results-driven attitude
- Ambitious and financially motivated
- Financial stability for 4–6 months
- Long-term career mindset with minimum 2-year stability commitment
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of real estate operations and property principles
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
- Proactive, independent, and fluent in English (other languages a plus)

Role Details:
- Full-time, on-site in Dubai
- Contract length: 24 months
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties with targets to achieve monthly
- Conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, prepare contracts, and provide exceptional client service
