Prospect and generate leads: As a real estate sales agent, your primary responsibility is to actively seek out potential clients by prospecting and generating leads. This involves using various methods such as cold calling, networking, online marketing, and attending industry events.

Conduct property inspections and showings: You will be responsible for arranging and conducting property inspections and showings for interested buyers. This includes ensuring the property is well-prepared for viewings, answering questions about the property, and highlighting its key features.

Assist buyers in finding suitable properties: You will work closely with buyers to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget. Based on their criteria, you will search and present suitable properties, provide relevant information, and guide them through the decision-making process.

Negotiate and facilitate property transactions: It is your duty to negotiate and secure the best possible terms and prices for both buyers and sellers. You will draft and present offers, counteroffers, and purchase agreements, ensuring all parties are satisfied and the transaction progresses smoothly.

Stay up-to-date with market trends and property values: As a real estate sales agent, you should continually monitor the local real estate market, including trends, property values, and competition. This knowledge will enable you to provide accurate advice to clients and assist them in making informed decisions.

Market and advertise properties: You will be responsible for creating and implementing effective marketing and advertising strategies to promote properties. This may involve utilizing online platforms, social media, traditional print media, and other marketing channels to maximize property exposure.

Maintain client relationships and provide exceptional customer service: Building strong relationships with clients is crucial for success in real estate sales. You will need to provide exceptional customer service, promptly address client inquiries and concerns, and ensure a positive experience throughout the buying or selling process.

Coordinate with other professionals: Real estate transactions often involve collaboration with other professionals such as lenders, appraisers, home inspectors, and attorneys. You will be responsible for coordinating with these individuals to ensure a smooth and timely completion of the transaction.

Assist with property valuation and pricing: You should be knowledgeable about property valuation methods and market analysis techniques to help sellers determine an appropriate listing price for their properties. This involves conducting comparative market analyses and advising clients on pricing strategies.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
