AX Premium Properties is growing its Dubai sales team and hiring experienced Real Estate Agents for off-plan sales.
Agents represent properties from UAE developers and serve local and international clients.
The role is salaried with a commission structure.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads, then convert them into property sales.
- Present off-plan properties from leading Dubai developers.
- Conduct client meetings, developer presentations, and property viewings.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through reservation.
Requirements
- At least 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai’s off-plan market.
- Proven track record of closing property deals.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Currently based in Dubai and willing to join immediately.
Compensation
- The role offers a competitive base salary plus commission.
- Posted pay is AED 4,000–AED 6,000 per month.
