Role overview

Responsibilities

• Own paid lead-generation strategy, channel mix, budget allocation, testing pipeline, and execution standards aligned with business and sales targets.
• Plan, launch, and optimize Google Search, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube campaigns, including keywords, bidding, ad copy, and negative keywords.
• Build and scale Facebook and Instagram campaigns using lead forms, targeting, lookalikes, retargeting, and creative testing.
• Work with sales to improve lead quality by tracking leads through qualification and closure and refining targeting.
• Brief design and web teams on high-converting landing pages and user experience improvements.
• Support search visibility, email nurture flows, and social activity that feeds the lead funnel.
• Monitor CPL, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and lead-to-deal conversion; provide actionable weekly and monthly reports.
• Manage monthly ad spend, pace budgets, maximize ROI, and keep current on platform updates and Dubai property trends.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of performance marketing experience, preferably in real estate, property, or high-ticket B2C.
• Proven hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience independently managing significant monthly advertising budgets and working with CRMs.
• Able to execute solo with hands-on campaign management at the core of the role.
• Excellent communication skills for leadership reporting and sales-team alignment.
• Real estate experience, especially off-plan, luxury, or investor audiences, is preferred.
• Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are preferred.
