Responsibilities
- Conduct viewings, prospect clients, and respond to inquiries.
- Keep informed about local market trends and prepare documentation and contracts.
- Coordinate with owners, developers, and internal teams to support smooth transactions and client service.
- Build client relationships, meet sales targets, and represent the company professionally.
Qualifications
- Valid real estate license and understanding of local real estate regulations.
- Strong real estate knowledge, including market trends and property valuation; sales, negotiation, and deal-closing ability.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills; fluency in English.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities and proficiency in basic office and CRM software.
Preferred qualifications
- UAE real estate market experience is preferred.
- Additional languages and a valid UAE driving license are advantageous.
