Key Responsibilities
- Source and secure new property listings and real estate opportunities.
- Build relationships with developers, property owners, brokers, and investors.
- Identify business opportunities and potential development projects.
- Generate, manage, and follow up on leads through the CRM.
- Develop partnerships with real estate agencies and brokers.
- Research the market and monitor Dubai real estate trends.
- Expand the property portfolio and business network.
- Coordinate with sales to convert opportunities into business.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, listings, contacts, and business activities.
- Negotiate and support business agreements with property owners, developers, and partners.
Requirements
- Proven experience in UAE real estate business development is required.
- A strong network of developers, property owners, brokers, or investors is required.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are required.
- Good knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is required.
- Experience with CRM and lead management systems is required.
- Candidates should be self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
- The ability to identify and develop new business opportunities is required.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
