Operations Manager responsible for overseeing and streamlining daily operations, including multiple residential communities.
The role focuses on operational excellence, team leadership, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of multiple residential communities.
- Develop and implement operational strategies and procedures; implement best practices.
- Manage service providers and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and community guidelines.
- Manage budgets and optimize costs.
- Lead and develop the operations team.
- Coordinate with developers, owners, authorities, and other stakeholders.
Required skills and experience
- At least five years of experience in operations management.
- Proven experience as a Business Operations Manager or in a similar role; UAE or GCC experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of UAE business regulations and market dynamics, and a proven record in operations and team management.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in operational tools, ERP systems, and data analysis; advanced computer literacy and familiarity with property management software.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is listed as preferred.
