Base location and working pattern
- Spend 50% of the working week in Glasgow, Perth or Dublin.
- 12-month secondment/fixed-term contract; full time with Flexible First options available.
Salary
- Salary range stated as £44,000–£65,900 in the UK or €57,600–€86,400 in ROI, plus a performance-related bonus and benefits.

Contribute across General Ledger, Revenue, Fixed Assets, Treasury, Intercompany and VAT, Audit and Statutory Reporting.
Support continuous improvement, innovation and controlled ways of working.
Responsibilities
- Deliver month-end, half-year and year-end accounting activities and financial reporting.
- Prepare and review journals, reconciliations and reporting outputs; investigate and explain variances.
- Maintain financial controls, balance-sheet reconciliations and audit trails.
- Prepare documentation and respond to external audit requests.
- Collaborate with finance colleagues and identify process, control and digital improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- Professional accounting qualification: ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
- Experience in accounting, financial reporting or financial control.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; communicate findings clearly.
- Manage competing priorities and deliver audit-ready outputs to deadlines.
- Collaborative, proactive approach to controlled processes and continuous improvement.
