- Proven experience delivering complex, multi-disciplinary building projects
- Strong commercial acumen and leadership capability
- Experience managing variations, claims, and commercial reporting
- Ability to lead commercial processes and interface with senior stakeholders
- Experience administering standard forms of contract and applying standard methods of measurement
- Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- QS
- Experience in building projects (residential, commercial, mixed-use) and/or civil infrastructure projects (roads, utilities, earthworks, structures, etc.)
- Strong understanding of measurement and valuation principles / standard methods of measurement
- Experience preparing interim applications, cost reporting, and managing change
- Ability to work collaboratively within project teams
- Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
