Proven experience delivering complex, multi-disciplinary building projects
Strong commercial acumen and leadership capability
Experience managing variations, claims, and commercial reporting
Ability to lead commercial processes and interface with senior stakeholders
Experience administering standard forms of contract and applying standard methods of measurement
Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
QS
Experience in building projects (residential, commercial, mixed-use) and/or civil infrastructure projects (roads, utilities, earthworks, structures, etc.)
Strong understanding of measurement and valuation principles / standard methods of measurement
Experience preparing interim applications, cost reporting, and managing change
Ability to work collaboratively within project teams
Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
