Prepare comprehensive first-principles cost estimates using CCS Candy for infrastructure (Essential), industrial, and mixed-use projects.
Review and interpret drawings, BOQs, specifications, and tender documentation to ensure complete scope alignment.
Perform accurate quantity take-offs and develop detailed cost build-ups and analyses.
Obtain, evaluate, and commercially assess subcontractor and supplier quotations.
Develop competitive tender pricing strategies and submit finalized commercial proposals.
Analyse project risks, identify scope gaps, and propose value-engineering solutions to optimize costs.
Ensure strict compliance with UAE construction standards, regulations, and authority requirements.
Prepare detailed BOQs and pricing schedules in line with prevailing market rates.
Conduct site visits to evaluate project constraints, logistics challenges, and cost implications.
