Overview
- Prepare comprehensive first-principles cost estimates using CCS Candy for infrastructure (Essential), industrial, and mixed-use projects.
- Review and interpret drawings, BOQs, specifications, and tender documentation to ensure complete scope alignment.
- Perform accurate quantity take-offs and develop detailed cost build-ups and analyses.
- Obtain, evaluate, and commercially assess subcontractor and supplier quotations.
- Develop competitive tender pricing strategies and submit finalized commercial proposals.
- Analyse project risks, identify scope gaps, and propose value-engineering solutions to optimize costs.
- Ensure strict compliance with UAE construction standards, regulations, and authority requirements.
- Prepare detailed BOQs and pricing schedules in line with prevailing market rates.
- Conduct site visits to evaluate project constraints, logistics challenges, and cost implications.
