Overview
Preparation of pre-contract documents including Preliminary Estimating, Cost Planning, Bill of Quantities, and Tender Documents (Civil, MEP, and Systems).
Evaluation of post-contract documents such as Interim Valuations, Final Accounts, Claims Management, and Valuations.
Provide advice to project staff on commercial and contract matters, including reviewing and drafting contract correspondences.
Perform quantity take-offs for certifying progress claims and variations.
Prepare bi-weekly financial reports including project cash flow forecasts.
Monitor project progress in line with construction programs and certify progress claims accordingly.
Assist the Head of Civil & Landscape Section and Technical Manager in project management and risk management.
Evaluate variations, negotiate with contractors, and recommend outcomes to Section Heads and Technical Manager.
