Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural BIM Modeler to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be
responsible for developing and managing accurate 3D BIM models for architectural projects in coordination with design, engineering, and construction teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed Architectural BIM models using Revit and other BIM software.
- Prepare architectural drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and schedules.
- Coordinate BIM models with structural, MEP, and other disciplines.
- Ensure models comply with project standards, specifications, and BIM requirements.
- Perform clash detection and assist in resolving coordination issues.
- Update and revise models based on design changes and project requirements.
- Generate quantity take-offs and documentation from BIM models.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation.
- Participate in project meetings and coordinate with consultants and project teams.
