Responsibilities
- Assist with project budgets, cost plans, and feasibility estimates at concept, schematic, and detailed design stages.
- Support cost benchmarking and market pricing research to inform design and commercial decisions.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities and detailed cost estimates from drawings and specifications under supervision.
- Assist with tendering, including preparing RFQs, collating tender returns, and drafting cost comparison reports.
- Support procurement strategy development and prepare tender documentation.
- Contribute to cashflow projections and cost reports for internal reviews.
- Maintain cost databases, market rates, and benchmarking records.
- Liaise with design consultants and contractors to gather estimating information.
- Support senior commercial team members in commercial presentations and reporting.
Requirements
