**Job Title:** Quantity Surveyor – Post-Tender (High-Rise Projects)
Location:** Dubai, UAE
We are a **Dubai-based construction company** seeking an experienced **Quantity Surveyor** with strong **post-tender experience** in **high-rise building projects**.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing commercial and contractual matters from project award through completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle **post-tender commercial management** of high-rise projects.
- Prepare, review, and administer **contracts and subcontracts** (FIDIC-based).
- Prepare and verify **monthly interim payment applications** and certifications.
- Monitor **project budgets, cost control, and cash flow**.
- Evaluate, price, and negotiate **variations and change orders**.
- Prepare and manage **claims, EOT submissions, and final accounts**.
- Coordinate with **site teams, consultants, and clients** on commercial matters.
- Manage **subcontractor payments, variations, and final settlements**.
- Assess **materials on site, dayworks, and provisional sums**.
- Identify and mitigate **commercial and contractual risks**.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
