Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in the United Arab Emirates.

The Project Manager oversees end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation for building and road construction projects.

Responsibilities include coordinating with engineering, procurement, logistics, and site teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services, and managing expediting activities to avoid delays.

The Project Manager monitors site progress, leads inspections, enforces quality and safety standards, and prepares regular progress reports for senior management and clients.

The role also involves managing subcontractors, resolving technical and operational issues, and ensuring projects comply with contractual, regulatory, and company requirements.

Qualifications

  • Strong project execution capabilities, including Project Management skills for planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Experience with Expediting and Expeditor activities to track, follow up, and accelerate procurement and delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Knowledge of Logistics Management to coordinate transport, site deliveries, and inventory in line with project timelines.
  • Inspection experience to oversee site work, verify compliance with drawings and specifications, and ensure quality and safety standards.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Proven experience managing construction projects, preferably in building and/or road works within the GCC or similar markets.
  • Strong leadership, team coordination, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office; familiarity with construction planning software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
  • Commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards, with the ability to enforce site safety procedures.
