Our Quantity Surveying team plays a vital role in ensuring the commercial success of our construction projects through effective cost management, contract administration, and financial control.

Working closely with project managers, site teams, procurement, clients, consultants, and subcontractors, we provide accurate cost forecasting, valuation, and commercial oversight throughout the project lifecycle.

Through strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to risk management, our team ensures projects are delivered within budget while maximizing value and maintaining contractual compliance.

From tendering and procurement to variations, claims, and final account settlement, we support informed decision-making and contribute to the successful delivery of high-quality construction projects.

Prepare interim valuations and assess subcontractor payment applications.

Support procurement and negotiation of subcontractor packages.

Track and manage approved variations and cost changes.

Assist in preparing monthly cost/value reconciliations (CVRs).

Draft correspondence and commercial notices under supervision.

Monitor site progress and update cost projections accordingly.

Liaise with site teams to verify quantities and resource allocations.

Prepare final accounts for smaller packages and assist in project close-out.

Undertake any other reasonable duties and/or responsibilities as required by management, to meet the needs of the business.
