Quantity Surveyor based at the Doha head office in the Design Department.
Assignment duration is 3–4 months and may be extended; immediate start is stated.
Working hours are nine hours with a one-hour lunch break.
Key requirements
- Five to ten years of relevant quantity surveying experience.
- Relevant experience in an engineering consultancy.
- Knowledge and experience in pre-contract work and BOQ preparation.
- Experience in a design department or design coordination.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
- BS in Quantity Surveying is preferred; a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is acceptable.
- MMUP / UPDA registration is optional, if available.
Workplace
- Work location is in person at the Doha head office.
Responsibilities
- Carry out pre-contract quantity surveying work and prepare bills of quantities.
- Perform quantity take-offs and prepare cost estimates.
- Support design coordination within the Design Department.
