Entry-level HR Trainee role based in Doha, Qatar, for someone seeking to build a career in human resources and recruitment.
Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment team by posting job advertisements on portals and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and suitability.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and assist in building a talent pipeline for future openings.
- Assist with HR administration, including preparing documents, managing employee files, and coordinating interviews.
- Support recruitment and business development teams with market mapping and candidate sourcing.
- Help ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–1 years of experience in an HR or recruiter role is preferred.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Excel and MS Word.
- A valid Qatar ID is required.
- Immediate availability to start is essential.
