Key Job Responsibilities
- Formulate annual factory-level quality indicators and decompose quality indicators for relevant departments.
- Track monthly completion of quality-objective indicators and compile and issue circular documents.
- Collect and summarize internal and external quality issues and prepare the monthly quality-analysis report.
- Carry out quality planning and process supervision for key products and track production and delivery performance.
- Organize accountability and analysis for major product-quality issues and supervise corrective actions.
- Supervise implementation of quality-related systems and procedures and follow up on rectification work.
- Collect and analyze quality-loss-cost data and optimize the quality-loss-cost management system.
- Drive quality-related business on the quality-information platform and maintain platform data.
- Prepare quarterly quality-warning seminars and quarterly, semi-annual, and annual quality-management summaries.
- Review quality-related award applications and organize selection of high-performing and under-performing quality teams.
- Coordinate subsidiaries on quality-system, quality-objective, quality-informatization, and quality-supervision activities.
- Carry out compliance-performance investigation and on-site spot-checks for UHV-related products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, or a management-related discipline.
- Intermediate-level or above professional title or vocational qualification certificate.
- At least 3 years of working experience in relevant fields for this position.
- Either over 2 years of working experience in Tebian Electric with at least 1 year in technical or production-related work, or no less than 3 years of dedicated quality-management working experience.
- Management competencies at proficiency level 3: communication, organization and coordination, teamwork, and service awareness.
- Professional competencies at proficiency level 1: quality-standard administration, quality improvement and promotion, quality-problem resolution, and quality inspection.
