Role overview
Responsible for monitoring systems operations, including quality and compliance, and recommending process improvements using metrics and data reporting.
Process planning and development
- Lead process department and technology development plans; formulate process schemes and measures, compile process documents, and review deliverables.
- Plan and supervise new-process R&D, including project initiation, testing, trials, summaries, and acceptance.
- Organize process training for workshop operators, including training on new processes and corrective measures for quality issues.
Process discipline and documentation
- Inspect process discipline, tooling, material use, and safety practices; supervise implementation of process documents in production departments.
- Organize process notices, specifications, and work instructions for new products; follow up on site, record issues and solutions, and improve processes.
- Implement staff promotion, recruitment, and competency development in line with departmental manpower planning.
Education and credentials
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Manufacturing or Electrical Engineering and Automation.
- Intermediate- or higher-level professional title in an electrical or mechanical discipline.
- CET-4 foreign-language qualification.
Experience
- More than 15 years of relevant industry experience.
- At least 2 years in relevant positions at grassroots units of TBEA subsidiaries or industry benchmark enterprises, or qualifying equivalent core or deputy-manager-and-above experience.
- Product-design background is preferred; marketing, enterprise administration, or production experience is a plus.

- Acquire safety knowledge and skills relevant to the role and comply with company safety systems and post safety-accountability requirements.
