Overview
We are currently seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Quality Officer to join our team in Qatar.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and maintaining effective quality management systems within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor compliance with organizational quality standards, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct internal audits, inspections, and quality assessments.
- Prepare quality reports, audit findings, and performance indicators.
- Support accreditation processes and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Identify operational gaps and assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with departments to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
- Maintain quality documentation, records, and policy updates.
- Participate in incident investigations and root cause analysis activities.
- Support staff awareness and quality improvement programs.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Management, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in quality assurance or quality management.
- Knowledge of quality standards, audit processes, and compliance regulations.
- Experience in healthcare or corporate quality systems is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and reporting tools.
